So I'm trying a different approach this time in hope to get the tablet pc. As you may recall from my previous entry, the University was unable to provide me with the R61i. According to the Computing Officer I still have to wait up to three weeks for them t purchase the new laptops and install their software on them. And since Lenovo already out of stock and don't have the R61i... I've asked the Computing Officer if its possible to upgrade to the Tablet PC and allow me to pay the difference.
I wish they allow me to do so. They will save me the headache of bothering with Lenovo US and the time I'll spend trying to sell the R61i once they give it to me.
I've sent the email yesterday, haven't got any reply... thats not a good sign. All I can do now is just wait.
